How can I get a quote / schedule services?
To get started, please give us a call at (678) 400-0900 or submit our quote request form. We'll discuss your commercial cleaning needs and schedule a visit to provide an estimate for cleaning services.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide over-the-phone estimates. Give us a call or submit an online quote request to arrange for a free, no-commitment in-person consultation. Every business is different and our services are tailored to your needs.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Ace provides a variety of flexible commercial cleaning options -- one-time cleanings as well as scheduled periodic cleanings (daily, weekly, monthly etc).
Is there a cancellation policy?
We're not a gym membership! We make it easy to get out of contracts for any reason. Just let us know and we will cancel your contract for any reason and without penalty.
Does someone need to be present for my cleaning appointment?
We will need to meet with someone to deliver our initial estimate for cleaning services, but it is not necessary for someone to be present for cleaning appointments.
How do you vet your cleaning staff?
For your peace of mind, each member of our team undergoes an extensive criminal background check before becoming a part of our team. Our business depends on our reputation and the experience our staff provides -- we will always strive for your total satisfaction.
